Colonials in Lancaster County

One of the oldest counties in Virginia is Lancaster, created from Northumberland  1651. I digitized the last wills and testaments there from 1700 to 1719 and thoroughly enjoyed reading the old colonial script written in India ink. Some really interesting names too, like Pervical Timson, John and James Lawne, Henry Stonum Sr., John Sweatman, Nicholas Wren and Thomas Parfitt. Many wills have been digitized thus far (an ongoing project) on Virginia Pioneers  Hope that you will come visit, take a look and see if any of your answers were residing there.
